This was an interesting project, the owner wanted a home with solid concrete walls and the site was quite soft. The Engineers required some quite deep piling to be able to support the weight of the home. For this home we used the Superform ICF block system and were really impressed with the finished house, its quiet, warm and dry and does not need any heating over the winter.
